Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars F.O.B. Burbank, CA. Prices, models, and material specifications are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.  All orders are subject to acceptance by Kino Flo®. Payment on established accounts (prior credit approval) is net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment on new accounts is C.O.D. until credit is established. Customer agrees to pay all costs of transportation, insurance, taxes (including without limitation any sales, use or similar tax and any tax levied on or assessed to Kino Flo after the ordered products are delivered to Customer), license fees, custom duties and other charges related thereto and to the extent these are paid by Kino Flo they shall be invoiced to the Customer and become part of the total due.

Shipment

Shipped to U.S. addresses only. Prices do not include shipping. Shipment can be made through UPS or Federal Express. Although Kino Flo will comply with special carrier requests whenever practical, Kino Flo reserves the right to make the final selection for all shipments. Shipping costs on established accounts will be prepaid by Kino Flo and the charge added to the invoice. Shipping costs on non-established accounts will be C.O.D. or prepaid by Customer with invoice. Kino Flo’s responsibility ceases upon acceptance of the merchandise by the carrier. Any claims for loss or damage while in transit must be made by consignee to carrier. Kino Flo will assist Customer in the presentation of any claims necessary. Loss or damage in transit shall not, however, relieve Customer of his/her obligation to pay Kino Flo the full amount due per the due date shown on the invoice.

Returns

All returns require an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Contact Customer Service at shop@kinoflo.com for return authorization and return instructions. Returns must be received in original, shipped condition. No Returns will be accepted after 10 days from the original invoice date unless for reasons covered under warranty.

Warranty

Used equipment includes 90-day warranty to original purchaser.  Discontinued “New in Box” Kits, Fixtures or Ballasts include 1-year warranty.

Miscellaneous

Quantities and availability subject to change without prior notice.  Used Kino Flo equipment has been factory refurbished and in good working condition, but will have cosmetic scratches and wear due to usage.  Discontinued Kino Flo equipment is new in box.  Product has been replaced by newer model or phased-out.  Photos for representation purposes only, not of actual product being sold.

The above terms and conditions are effective from November 1, 2017 and supersede all prior terms and conditions previously published by Kino Flo Inc., and are by this reference incorporated into every work order, invoice and contract between Kino Flo and its Customers.
