Return Policy

The following policy applies to all purchases made directly from www.shop.kinoflo.com website.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customer must obtain an authorized RMA from Kino Flo and return the merchandise to Kino Flo within 10 days of invoice date. If conditions are not met, Kino Flo reserves the right to refuse the return.           

RMA Request

To print an RMA Request form, click here and submit completed request form via fax to 818-767-7517 or email to shop@kinoflo.com.

To request an RMA number by phone, contact Samuel Coronel at 818-767-6528, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST or via email at shop@kinoflo.com.

Once your RMA request is approved by Kino Flo, you will receive an RMA # via email.

Please follow the return instructions below to help expedite the receiving and processing of your return:

Kino Flo Returns:

1. RMA# is valid for 10 days.
2. Include a copy of the approved RMA with items being returned.
3. RMA# must be clearly visible on all packages.
    Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted.
4. Ship pre-authorized returns prepaid and insured to:

Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.   We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once equipment is returned, Kino Flo will make an evaluation. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model. We will contact you once our evaluation has been made.

Product Replacement

Claims for shortage or damages must be made within three business days. If your order arrives damaged and you wish to order a replacement, we request that you take a photo of the item(s) and e-mail it to shop@kinoflo.com as an attachment along with the invoice number, part number and contact information.

Account Credit          

Credit amount for return is to be determined by Kino Flo after complete inspection. Items must be shipped in the original, shipped condition and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.  A refund to your credit card or account will be processed in full or partial amount minus the shipping costs. You can expect to receive your credit within 2 weeks of our evaluation.
